Dear Colleague,
Please read this and e-mail back if you would like to join and get big discounts on dental purchases.
Re: the 42 dental buying group ("No joining fee required") and enjoy the negotiating power of a large dental corporate
I am writing with some hopefully relatively exiting and good news for you following a great response to my last e mail.
This a request for those of you that have already contacted me to re- confirm at they would like to join and for those who haven't to be given another opportunity to consider the idea and join too.
Having spent many months negotiating with all the main dental suppliers, I now have what I consider to be a deal with a dental supply company that promises to significantly lower outgoings on all dental products for any practice who is a member of the 42 dental buying group by 2 hope this idea appeals to you as I think it could a significant help financially.
All members will be entitled to 23% discount off all catalogue prices with a rebate scheme of 2-3per cent as a credit on their account. ( the larger the group becomes the larger the rebate)
They have also promised that if we find anything else cheaper they will match or beat that price.
The company is click dental. They are a relatively new company and are keen to make an impression.
Anything they don't stock they will get in for us. I have personally found them very helpful.
I have compared this proposal to all the other offers from other dental supply companies I have been speaking to (including all the major ones) and calculated that this seems to work out the most competitive.
Only other company was able to offer a higher percentage but on closer examination they're "up to 30 per cent discount on 200- 300 hundred selected products" was just that.
I.e 0nly a couple of products at 29 per cent and the rest at the level ranging between 5 and 20 per cent.
I already have a significant number of dental practices who have joined but would like to confirm numbers with the supplier. ( particularly as I want to take advantage of this offer myself at my own practice)
The 42 dental buying group
Aim: to achieve the biggest discounts on dental products for independant practices comparable to those only enjoyed by large dental corporates
Membership: is free and open to all independent dental practices
The more practices that join ( and it's free!) the bigger our negotiating power as time moves on.
After one year we review things with this supplier. If we get a better offer from another supplier we switch to them instead.
All I need is an e - mail with your name and practice details.
Also saying that you are interested and you that you want to take advantage of the 42 buying group offer of the "no fee" membership...and it will happen.
I will then forward your details to the company and they will immediately set up your 42 Buying group special discount account up for you. (which you can quote when you make your orders)
It has taken a supprisingly and considerable amount of time to put this together! But as I said I personally think it's worth it and a golden opportunity to become part of a genuinely independent buying group arrangement which benefits small independent practices like ours and we will probably get even better deals moving forward.
I look forward to your reply and hopefully we can all soon enjoy the benefits of being a member of an independent buying collective with no fee to join.
Best wishes
Simon Godley
